Articulatory phonetics is a linguistic study that focuses on the aspects of sound produced through human speech organs. Without organ, language sounds cannot be produced. Physiological Aspects/Physiological known as articulatory and auditory explain how organs body function or play role in producing are received by sensory apparatus. The method used this research descriptive qualitative with library type research. results review data obtained found physiological Arabic are; 1) Sound Systems/Devices/ الجهاز الصوتي/al-Jiha>z al-S{autiy which divided into; Lungs / الرئتان /al-Riata>n, Air Pipe/ القصبة الهوائية /al-Qus}bah al-Hawa>iyyah, Throat/ Throat Cavity/ الحنجرة أو تجويف الحنجرة/al-H{anjarah aw Tajwi>f al- H{anjarah, Cavity Resonance/ التجاويف الرنينية/al-Taja>wi>f al-Rani>ni>yyah, Tongue/ اللسان /al-Lisa>n, Palate/ الحنك /al-Hank, Teeth Lips. 2) Organ Hearing/ السمعي/ al-Jiha>z al-Sam'iy
